- Completion of Food Safety documentation - Catering for a range of dietary requirements
- Ensure compliance with food safety/ health and safety regulations and guidelines

**Skills**:

- Strong culinary skills with experience in restaurant or commercial kitchen settings (or similar)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
