Byker Hall Care Centre is a nursing and residential care home in Byker, Newcastle. Part of family run company Enhanced Care Group offers high quality residential, nursing and dementia care across the north-east.

We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our family and be proud to be part of the team. Our main priority for this job role is to find people with the right values, behaviours and attitudes that match our own - could this be you?

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Admin office
  • Welcome visitors and potential residents to the home
  • Maintain uptodate resident details and funding information
  • Assist the Registered Manager in prioritising tasks
  • Handle daily correspondence and general administration tasks
  • Assist in conducting walkarounds of the Home for new residents
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
  • Keep filing systems and documents up to date
