Dementia Matters are looking for a Receptionist to join our team.

Our Receptionist will provide administrative support across the charity including but not limited to;

  • Answering telephones
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • Providing admin support to the team
  • Taking minutes of meetings when required
  • Ordering stationary, cleaning supplies and shopping
  • Supporting with social media posts as and when required
  • Keep building maintenance documents up to date and book services in
Experience using software packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook are essential.

Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday, 9.00am to 5.00pm; Friday, 9.00am to 4.30pm. We are seeking someone to work Weds - Friday.

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
