Overall purpose of position :


A full job pack can be found on the company website: the role will assist and liaise with the Company Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all aspects of Company office, to enable and enhance the work of Birmingham Royal Ballet.

The Assistant Company Manager works closely with all members of management, operations, and creative teams. It plays an integral role in the successful deliver of more than 140 performances at 15 venues across the UK and overseas, as well as at home in Birmingham

Working hours are 48 hours per week averaged over a 52-week period, including evening and weekend work.
