Buyers Admin Assistant

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Support the Buyer and Assistant Buyer working with Design to interpret and adapt market
trends

  • Sample management: Ensuring all samples are organised for fit sessions, rack ups,
photoshoots etc

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the department and assisting the Buyer with daytoday
tasks

  • Maintaining the critical path and supplier communications
  • Helping with analysis of the fashion market and customer activity through competitive shops
  • Contribute as an active member of the Buying team

About You:

  • Positive cando attitude
  • Some work experience in a similar role
  • Excellent administrative, communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Passion for products and desire to learn about the brand and customer
  • Highly organised with attention to detail when performing tasks, ability to anticipate and
manage problems, with an ability to prioritise and escalatewhere necessary
