The Business Development Executive (BDE) will play a crucial role as the representative and communicator of the company, responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients primarily in FinTech, Retail, Health, as well as other potential sectors like Logistics or Automotive.
- Research and identify new business opportunities to generate leads.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Lead Generation, Pre-sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance departments.
- Build and nurture relationships with customers, engaging in both face-to-face and remote interactions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle of software development projects.
Key requirements for the role include:
- Demonstrable track record of successfully initiating and closing deals with new clients.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international sales, particularly with clients in the specified sectors (experience as a hunter is a plus).
