Complex Care Support Worker:

Responsibilities include:

  • Support an adult male with a learning disability, epilepsy, challenging behaviour, and other conditions.
  • Duties include personalized care, management of epilepsy, addressing challenging behaviours with empathy, assisting with mobility challenges, adapting communication methods for visual impairment, and fostering emotional wellbeing.
  • Work closely with the individual and their support network to tailor care to their specific needs.
  • Experience in healthcare, understanding of learning disabilities, epilepsy, and challenging behaviours, as well as a compassionate approach to care are all desired.

Working Hours:
The position may require flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to ensure comprehensive care coverage.
