General Building Maintenance Operative

We are recruiting on behalf of our client who is looking for experienced General building maintenance operative required for long term sickness cover.

Duties to include; adhoc maintenance tasks, planned and preventative maintenance, weekly & monthly audits and checks. Energy monitoring, all housekeeping. Daily set up and managing of office requirements. Receiving and distributing deliveries. Supporting workshop. Strong S&H understanding required, must be able to write and review Risk Assessments and hold a FLT license.

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

£12.02 per hour
