Successful Welwyn Garden City based business are looking for an Administration Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role is working closely with the Director, as well as supporting all the other departments within the business. This exciting opportunity has full training available within a supportive and friendly environment. An immediate start is essential.

Administration Assistant (temp to perm) - Job Overview
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include;

  • Raising PO's
  • Export Administration
  • Processing returns
  • Order processing from multiple depots
  • Maintaining internal systems to ensure information is accurate
  • Calling customers to notify of product changes
  • Investigating and resolving issues related to products and deliveries
  • Other adhoc customer service and administration support tasks as required

Administration Assistant (temp to perm) - Skills & Experience Required

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • High level of accuracy and a keen eye for detail
  • Able to multi task and prioritise
  • Flexible cando attitude and able to work well in a team

Administration Assistant (temp to perm) - Benefits Offered
- £12.72ph (£23,000 equivelant

  • Annual Bonus (discretionary based on company performance)
  • 8:45am 4.45pm Monday to Friday hour working week
  • 25 days holiday entitlement
