Are you looking for a rewarding fixed term / secondment opportunity as a Project Manager? If you have a collaborative and positive approach to leading projects working with a wide range of stakeholders and if you want to make a difference and are patient focused, empathetic and have excellent attention to detail, this could be the role for you.
This opportunity is based on the working pattern of 30 hours per week for 10-12 months.
Main duties of the job
This is a key role within the Trusts Improvement Faculty, working under the guidance and mentorship of Programme Leads and alongside clinical and operational staff to plan and deliver projects.
The post holder will:
Be responsible for the dynamic management of project RAID and for managing processes to develop cost saving and service improvement ideas through inception to delivery; and
Apply programme management office methodology to support the improvement of Trust services and, together with the Programme Manager, facilitate and monitor progress to ensure delivery of value for money and effective and sustainable improvements for patients and staff.
The overriding purpose is to support the provision of the highest quality patient care through personal actions and continuous improvement.
