Technical Sales Engineer at JBT, Macclesfield, UK

JBT is thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Sales Engineer to become part of our dynamic Proseal team situated in Macclesfield, UK. As a member of our team, you will report to the UK Sales Manager, taking charge of managing and expanding the customer base throughout the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture both existing and potential customer relationships
  • Identify new projects and customers within your territory
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers
  • Aim to outshine our competitors by delivering outstanding customer service

JBT is a prominent player in the global food processing industry, renowned for producing cutting-edge machinery for food production lines. Proseal, a division of JBT, is dedicated to designing and manufacturing top-notch tray sealing and conveying systems, with manufacturing facilities in the US, Australia, and a global network of distributors.

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will work closely with new and existing customers in the UK, catering to sales inquiries ranging from basic tool requests to guiding customers on acquiring complete production lines. Your main goal is to boost product category revenue within your territory, stay updated on market trends, and collaborate with the JBT products group and Proseal sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities.
