A well established luxury watch reselling company is looking to appoint an office administrator to join their growing team. Initially you will work closely with the Director, to learn about inventory processing and sales channel management.

You will need to help create a professional and memorable experience for all clients from the very first point of contact.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, plenty of initiative and common sense. Excellent organisational skills are needed and you must have the ability to improvise and overcome challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting clients and providing a polished, professional and first class service
  • Helping with general day to day customer enquiries
  • Managing business accounts across various sales platforms ensuring queries, leads and sales are dealt with a timely manner
  • Utilising watch seller platforms to help locate watches
  • Invoicing and order processing of goods
  • Maintain office area to a high standard ensuring necessary equipment and refreshments are always well stocked
  • Photocopying client ID Taking ownership for data protection & compliance
  • Provide a friendly follow up service to all clients ensuring satisfaction and identifying potential future requirements
  • Monitor, engage with and increase company reviews
  • Running errands to assist with the smooth operation of each business day
  • Helping to research solutions to problems that need solving
  • Basic product photography
  • Support the Director with any ad hoc duties as required, being proactive and always on the lookout for innovative solutions to improve and grow the business
  • Professional telephone manner
  • An understanding of the service required and the confidence to deliver within the luxury sector when dealing with demanding clients
  • Excellent administration, time management, communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to understand and adhere to brand guidelines
  • Supportive of colleagues in a team environment
  • Enjoy working within a fast paced environment
  • Be proactive and use initiative
  • Have a positive and flexible approach to all tasks and responsibilities within the role, with a "can do" attitude to support the growing business
