Service Advisor Required - Pulborough

Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 18:00 With Saturday Morning on 1 in 3 Rota

Up to £28,000 Basic + OTE Circa £34,000

We are currently working with a well-established and respected Motor Trade Dealership who have been operating in the Sussex and surrounding counties area for over 90 years representing some of the automotive industries most iconic and sought after brands.

They are looking for an experienced and established Service Advisor who has at least 2 years main dealership experience to join their expanding team.

What you lack in skills currently you will make up in with attitude and professionalism. Ideally in this Service
***Advisor role you will come from a Car Dealership background and considered a Service / Aftersales Advisor and capable of delivering world class communication and customer service to our clients customers whilst their vehicles are within the workshop. The Service Advisors day to day duties will be:

  • Responding to Customer Enquires
  • Booking in Services, MOT's and Repairs
  • Advising customers of when their vehicle will be ready
  • Ensuring the Vehicle will be ready at the time agreed
  • Quoting and providing Estimates to Customers


Our client has a strong team with repeat business; you will be expected to have a professional approach with excellent customer service skills and able to build great rapport with both customers and colleagues.

you will be confident in your ability to deal with a wide range of people in a friendly and professional manner and participate and work effectively in a busy environment as a member of the team.
