Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the effective day-to-day running of all Trust services, both clinical and non-clinical, making autonomous decisions to drive improvement.
  • Ensure all national and local performance standards are met through the establishment of performance objectives and appropriate infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize clinical care and implement best practices for safe services.
  • Develop and execute the Division's financial strategy to support future investments.
  • Participate in strategic committees to enhance clinical effectiveness, service quality, patient experience, and staff development.
