Property & Servicing Administrator
The role will be to manage the existing portfolio of rental properties - there are currently around 49 properties, around half are managed by a third party and this will also need to be overseen to ensure that the managing agent is performing well and tosupport with any issues arising.
You will also be responsible for arranging and managing the certification and service contracts for our 12 care homes in Northern Ireland as well as the rental portfolio.
The role is purely office based in Hadleigh.It is a full time role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm
28 days annual leave including bank holidays.
