The Quality and Technical team at our Banbury site are the definition of what it means to be customer centric at HelloFresh.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Support the Quality Control team in checking all raw materials against specification and implement procedures related to quality (Goods in/QC intake)
  • Conduct In depth investigations on problematic raw materials to highlight root causes and raise nonconformances and communicate issues with both internal and external stakeholders/supplier to drive improvements
  • Coordinate relevant microbiological testing with lab including shelf life, EOL testing etc and carry out scientific tests including pH, Brix and aW
  • Work with Goods In/Dispatch/ SCO/ Inventory/ Cooplers/ Production and Waste to ensure a smooth running operation for gaining and maintaining quality goods and disposing of poor quality raw materials
  • Present findings of deep dives in meetings to relevant stake holders
  • Investigate and resolve internal MLOR issues onsite
  • Look at projected volumes of raw materials to establish predictive errors and stock holding awareness

Who You Are:

  • Previous experience (minimum 2 years) working in Quality function with a focus on incoming materials
  • Good understanding of food raw materials
  • Knowledge of HACCP, BRC and GMP
  • Food related degree or similar experience
