We are working with a client in search of two Quantity Surveyors for their commercial team due to retirement and expansion. They are a mixed new build and refurbishment main contractor focusing on projects in the North West with a turnover of approximately £10m.

  • Role Responsibilities:
  • Estimating and preparing tender documents
  • Managing project costs and budgets
  • Conducting cost analysis and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identifying areas for cost savings and value engineering
  • Providing support to the project team as required

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction industry. This role, based in Knowsley, offers involvement in diverse projects and the chance to drive significant change within the company.
