Responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Estimating and preparing tender documents
  • Managing project costs and budgets
  • Conducting cost analysis and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
  • Identifying areas for cost savings and value engineering
  • Providing support to the project team as required
