This is an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer to join our team, providing exceptional technical assistance to our teams across the Head Office and all stores.

With excellent problem-solving abilities, you will be excited by the prospect of ensuring and maintaining the smooth operation of Mint Velvet's IT infrastructure.

The Role:

nDiagnosing and resolving technical issues, installing and configuring software and hardware, including operating systemsnProviding technical assistance and support related to technical systems, primarily on-site and additionally via phone, email and remotenTroubleshooting network connectivity issues, including routers & switchesnCollaborating with team, documenting technical issues and take ownership of escalating issues to the appropriate resourcenCreating and maintaining comprehensive documentation and guides for troubleshooting and proceduresnCreating & managing user accounts, permissions and access rights in various systems and offer technical training and support to employees as needednStaying updated with advancements in technology and recommending upgrades or improvementsnAdministering On-Prem AD, Azure AD/Entra IDConfiguring Microsoft MDM services, Cloud services i.e.

SharePoint, Google CloudnTroubleshooting DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP issues
