You're an experienced professional in sales, marketing, and business development, looking for something new in the care home sector?

Our client, an acclaimed care home provider with 150+ homes in the United Kingdom, is dedicated to offering exceptional care and has seen remarkable success thanks to the dedication of individuals within their care home network.

They're in search of a dynamic Admissions Advisor to help the care home reach its occupancy targets and sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to meet business needs and will receive a generous monthly bonus based on performance.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve targets for resident occupancy, self-pay mix, and average weekly fee.
• Promote the care home through community relationships and generate inquiries via events, sponsorship, and PR.
• Provide accurate information to potential clients regarding facilities, care services, and pricing, following CMA guidelines.
• Stay informed about competitors to maintain a competitive edge and spot local market gaps.
• Identify business and marketing opportunities in the area.
• Collaborate with Home Manager and Clinical Lead.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of required reports.

Requirements:

• Experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
• Collaborative and well-organized.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Passionate about the care home sector and impacting residents' lives positively.
