At Tribe, we provide bespoke and broad solutions to help protect, manage and grow our clients' wealth. Every client has unique personal goals, so understanding their individual needs is necessary to tailor our approach and provide the highest client service. This requires working across multiple internal teams.

As a Wealth Analyst, you'll work directly with the Wealth Management team, supporting the team with their existing client relationships as well as their engagement with new potential clients. Analysts are responsible for assisting the Wealth Managers and the broader business with general administrative tasks and client service. This includes preparing client proposals, completing the account opening process, updating and managing client information on our CRM tool, supporting the Operations Manager with client-related tasks.

We're looking for someone who's highly motivated with interpersonal and analytical skills. You should have a genuine interest in developing your knowledge of financial markets and sustainable investing. It's important you have energy, enthusiasm and the ability to take initiative. It's essential you have discretion, good judgement and integrity as you'll be working with confidential information. You'll need great communication skills, strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Supporting the Wealth Managers with existing client relationships, as well as engagement with new potential clients.

· Working with the Wealth Managers and other internal stakeholders to help deliver tailored proposals for clients.

· Supporting client engagement activities including client onboarding, enquiries and ad-hoc requests.

· Assisting the Wealth Managers and broader Tribe team with general administrative tasks, including the day-to-day running of the business.

· Contributing to the management and updating of Tribe's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool, Salesforce.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND KEY COMPETENCIES

· 1-2 years working in Wealth Management

· Motivated team player with a strong desire to contribute

· Eagerness to learn

· Intellectual curiosity and proactive approach: searching for new and creative ways of doing things

· Basic competency in Excel and PowerPoint

· Excellent communication skills

· Fluent in written and spoken English

· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

· Ability to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating initiative and the ability to prioritize workloads

· Accurate under time pressure with exceptional attention to detail

· Good judgement and always acting with integrity

HOW TO APPLY

This opportunity is a full-time position at Tribe. Your role will be within the Wealth Management team, however you will also have the opportunity to spend time with the Impact and Investment teams. This is important to help you understand the unique Tribe business model and how this informs our investment selections and portfolio construction.
