Location: Scout Adventures Hawkhirst - Plashetts, Hexham, NE48 1QZ
Salary: £25,685 per annum (pro-rata), Band C, Level 3
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
Term: Fixed term until November 2024

The Lead Instructor Role:
We're looking for someone to join our team who is just as passionate as we are about getting young people outdoors to have an adventure as we are.
We are looking for someone with the knowledge, experience and qualifications in Watersports and the below are essential for this role.
- Paddlesport Minimum one of: Canoe/ Kayak Sheltered Water Coach, Touring Leader, Paddlesport Leader
- We would consider someone who holds: Sailing Instructor and Powerboat Instructor award alongside a lower paddlesports qualification with the view to upskill the paddlesport award as soon as possible
- Desirable: PB2, Dinghy Instructor, or sailing experience
