DCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced site manager to work on a Data Centre based in Slough.

Monday - Friday

7:30 - 17:00

Possible weekend work maybe required - client will uplift rate/hours for this if required to work.

Main responsibilities on site:

  • Maintenance of daily and weekly records to comply with company SHEQ requirements.
  • Monitor on site operations with workforce to ensure compliance with specification and H&S regulations.
  • Raise queries with Contracts Manager and QS in relation to technical issues/variations.
  • Attend client progress meetings and provide progress reports.
  • Manage all workforce and any subbies on site
  • Ordering of materials/equipment and plant.

Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First aid
  • Minimum 5 years experience of site management level.
  • Sound knowledge and experience of working for civil engineering / Groundwork contractors in a no 1 site managers role.
  • Experience of working on contracts involving Excavation, drainage, RC frame, Slabs, and other general civils aspects.
