You will lead the Squad, work closely with the two Global Brand Development Teams, the Nutritionals and the Cough & Cold ones, and represent the UK as a priority market in the Team.

Internally, you will work closely with all the functions across the organisation and be responsible for deploying the brand strategy and driving excellence in execution across all countries in the NE Cluster (UK, Ireland, and Nordics), delivering business impact and growth.

Drive growth of Kenvue Cough & Cold, Pain, Allergy & Nutritionals (Zarbee's) portfolio across the Northern Europe Cluster, especially of the focus brands (Calpol, Ipren, Zarbee's, Benylin, Sudafed)

  • Full accountability for delivering the full P&L in the year, shaping Northern Europe 3YOP plans, and deploying the strategy driven by the Global BDTs (Brand Development Teams).
  • You will work closely with the Nutritionals & Cough & Cold Global Brand Development Leaders, advising on the UK's needs and sharing local insights. You will actively influence the global strategy, innovation, communication assets, HCP content, and strategy.
  • For the rest of the portfolio brands, you will work closely with the EMEA Regional Deployment Leader, driving excellent execution of the global strategy across Northern Europe.
  • Responsible for working closely with the UK, Ireland, Nordics Brand Activation & Customer Development & other cross-functional teams to drive excellence in execution for our brands in Northern Europe (including integrated business planning, media and data-driven marketing, perfect store, HCP engagement, revenue growth management and joint business planning with customers)
  • Use analytical skills to shape and size commercial and innovation opportunities.
  • Experienced at the Director (PG40) level or a Senior Marketing Manager (PG31), with a consistent track record of performance, exceptional leadership & influence skills
  • People management experience is needed, with a consistent record of mentoring and developing teams.
  • Experience in developing, adapting, and activating content and communication plans, including media strategy and deployment, data-driven marketing, and a deep understanding of customer, retailer & HCP requirements.
  • Strong commercial and financial competence, including P&L development.
Can do positive attitude, with the ability to influence and work collaboratively and identify creative solutions to challenges.
