They are looking for a Technical Business Analyst, with experience in the banking sector, to join the team at their London office on an initial contract of 6 months.

The role is working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with very occasional out of hours workrequired. You will be office based 2 days a week as established by the business.

Job Purpose:

Acts as key contact for various internal and external partners, including business unit partners, internal auditors, external stakeholders.

Maintain effective working relationships with external vendors and counterparties to resolve issues efficiently, including Custodians.

Operates objectively; has in-depth knowledge of the business unit / function.

Participate in internal or client focused change projects and oversee process improvement initiatives through to implementation.

Carries out activities that are large in scope, cross-functional and technically testing

Proactively drives continuous improvement within the Client Service Management [CSM] group.

Identifies potential process improvements and conveys recommendations as well as implementation plans to management.

Own and coordinating any ad-hoc CSM projects/initiatives to better improvement the management between the business and the Custodian partners.

Skills and Expertise
Good, broad, working knowledge of Custodian Operations and/or Outsourcing Operation processes.


Excellent working knowledge of Windows 365 Products, including Power Bi, Excel, PowerPoint & Sharepoint due to monthly report deliverables the role will require.

Good oral and written communication skills

Analytical and problem solving skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.
