IMMEDIATE START- Adecco are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator for our client, a large electrical manufacturing client based in London.

The role is a Hybrid role, London office / Home based ( Victoria St, London SW1E 5JL)

This is a temporary ongoing assignment for 4weeks.

Role and Duties:

  • Manage fleet inbox
  • Driver communications
  • Weekly reports
  • Authorising orders
  • Managing driver queries
  • General admin duties
  • Payment of fines and penalties
  • Allocation of car rentals for new joiners
  • Arrange leaver collections

Qualifications required

  • Maths and English GCSE
  • IT skills
  • Office / admin / front desk skills
  • Good level of microsoft excel / outlook / teams / sharepoint

Working hours:

5 days per week, 37.5 hours per week.
