Ancora Medical Practice are looking to employ an experienced Admin Assistant to enhance their Admin Team.


Ancora Medical Practice offer a generous employment package including 6 weeks paid holiday and 8 (Pro rata) bank holidays paid per year.

Applicants must have experience working in General Practice, using SystmOne and be proficient in read coding clinical correspondence.

Other duties of the role will include:
Scanning and matching of letters and relevant correspondence into patients notes.

Filing of pathology results;
Out of Hours Tasks and NHS 111 reports;
NHS Mail;
Post incoming and outgoing;
Summarisation of patients notes when requested;
To provide support to the Data Administrator;
Set up and run clinical searches when required;

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
From £9.80 per hour
