About C15 Studio

C15 Studio is a sports-dedicated TV network that powers premium Free Ad. Funded Streaming TV (FAST) channels in partnership with leading global sports properties. Our boutique studio is responsible for the creation, management, distribution & monetisation of FAST channels globally on behalf of some of the biggest sports organisations in the world including Formula 1, ONE Championship, Professional Squash Association and Triton Poker.

Job Description

Reporting to the Channel Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the delivery of engaging programming schedules for sports specific FAST channels including presentation elements and live events play-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure media is received and processed in time for TX.
  • Addition of metadata and QC of existing metadata in broadcast systems to ensure fault free broadcast of all assets.
  • Soft segment assets conscientiously for placement of ad breaks.
  • Check playlists prior to release and action any changes, errors, overruns, or underruns that may occur and adjust schedules accordingly.
  • Support live event broadcasts including actioning ad breaks and returning to schedule.
  • Assist with channels compliance with rights holders obligations, platform regulations and local broadcast regulations.
  • Contribute to regular planning meetings with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the best practices and programming strategies across the Network team.
  • Flexible working may be required during evenings and weekends due to the sporting calendar.
  • You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job as the business develops.

Experience required:

With experience working in sports broadcasting, including experience with live sports and presentation minutage, you will be skilled at assisting in the delivery of linear channels.

Experience using cloud-based playout technology is highly desirable.

You will demonstrate strong organisational and multitasking skills and be able to collaborate.

And finally, it goes without saying that expertise in or a particular knowledge of (or simply a passion for) sports is essential.
