Location:Hethel, Norfolk.
Working Week:37.5 hrs, Monday - Thursday 08:1- 17:15, Friday 08:1- 12:15.
Apprenticeship Qualifications:
L3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician.
Expected Apprenticeship Duration: 12 months.
Assessment Centre Dates:
Assessment Centre Dates**: 4th December - 7th December 2023.

As a Facilities Service Operative Apprentice, you will receive on-site training and assist with supporting the team at Group Lotus.
As a valued apprentice at Group Lotus, you can expect support throughout your program and even beyond, accompanied by unlimited prospects for advancing your career within the company.
You must have gained GCSEs in English and Maths before the end of the apprenticeship.This role will start in January 2024.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Follow health, safety, and environmental laws, such as, the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 and comply with all other relevant laws.
- Implement site emergency and evacuation procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues from various departments, as per our procedures.
- Confirm the correct functioning of equipment used within facility management.
- Support the project teams constructively and foster positive relationships, in line with the organizational expectations.
- Any other ad hoc duties, as required.
