Job Description Quantity Surveyor
£45,000 per annum + £3,600 TAX FREE BONUS ANNUAL
Minimum 4-5 years years experience required

Job Type:
Permanent, Full Time

Location:
Tamworth with occasional travel to construction sites across the UK

Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
Understand project specs, pricing, and contracts
Assist in negotiating contracts with clients/main contractors
Collaborate on pre-start planning with departments
Select and analyse suppliers/subcontractors
Manage orders, variations, and payments
Attend project meetings and track progress
Implement cost control improvements
Handle change management processes
Provide commercial advice to staff
Measure and negotiate contract variations
Liaise with clients on commercial matters
Prepare monthly cost/valuation reports
