Finance Manager

Description:

Hunter Savage are delighted to support an excellent organisation in Derry/Londonderry, who are seeking a Finance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role:

  • Oversee financial reporting and deliver insightful financial analysis and commentaries to the leadership team.
  • Produce monthly management accounts and assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and audits.
  • Present monthly reports to the Board of Directors.
  • Provide support to the leadership team with daily operational queries and decision-making processes.
  • Generate and report on project profitability, and perform ad hoc financial analyses as needed.
  • Manage cost and inventory, cash planning, financial regulatory reporting, and the on-site finance team, ensuring the completion of government forms, surveys, and annual audits.

The Person:

  • Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or Qualified by Experience.
  • Possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance roles.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exhibit proficiency in organisational, planning, and time management abilities.
  • Have prior experience in team management and cross-functional business collaboration.
