What you'll do:


As the Project Coordinator, you will work as part of the Customer Engagement team, where you will design, deliver and monitor activities that help protect the environment and offer great customer service.


You'll look after the monthly rhythm of monitoring and reporting on our activities against our business targets, while also having the opportunity to own some of our engagement projects.


Specific tasks you'll be responsible for include:

  • monthly and annual Excel-based analysis and reporting
- the annual audit of water use and metering programmes, involving analysing and writing commentaries to explain the work we achieve
- the day-to-day monitoring of budgets and spending to ensure we meet targets within budget
- coordinating the timing and scale of customer promotions throughout the year for our free water-saving products and behavioural messaging with the comms team
- working on digital and website tools and content
- supporting new and innovative projects to reduce household water use and water-saving projects that may arise during droughts
- relationship management with third-party organisations that support our work
- occasional attendance at public events to showcase the help we can offer customers to reduce their water use
- supporting our varied customer insight programme.

What you'll need:


To be successful you will have good data analysis and management skills and a strong aptitude for using Microsoft Excel.


You will also be an effective communicator as you will be coordinating projects which require input from numerous teams, so clear writing skills and a collaborative approach are essential.

- experience in customer engagement, eg, customer service, PR/marketing or behavioural science
- a driving licence and a willingness to travel to occasional events or meetings around the Wessex Water region.
