About the role


Day to day, you'll provide a high level of administrative support to the Drax Energy Services senior team as assigned by the Business Support Lead, primarily by managing travel bookings, filing expenses, coordinating calendar invites and monitoring responses as well as assisting with logistics and planning for corporate events.


Administrative tasks as assigned and agreed with the Business Support Lead will include IT and Facilities service requests, recording minutes and actions in meetings and collating meeting packs and liaising with stakeholders across the business to ensure tasks and requests are followed up in a timely manner.


Excellent stakeholder management skills will be key, building strong and positive relationships across the business that will be beneficial to your role and presenting the support team in a positive and helpful way.


About you


Previous experience in an administrative role supporting a busy team is a must, ideally with some exposure to PA type work and the desire to be adaptable in a fast-paced and changing environment.


You'll possess excellent planning, time management and organisation techniques with proven record of attention to detail, and able to multi-task and prioritise whilst balancing workload and task lists.

You'll be able to book events at appropriate venues, ensuring that quality and standards are maintained so that delegates have a positive experience.
