Caretaker / handyperson vacancy

We are looking for a Caretaker / handyperson to join our practice team for 1.5 hours each morning, 7am - 8.30am Monday - Friday.


Duties are to include:

  • Opening up and maintaining the security of the building
  • Some general housekeeping duties such as emptying the dishwasher, switching on the water boiler and air conditioning, gritting pavements in the winter months
  • Weekly testing and monitoring of the fire alarm, emergency lights and security systems
  • Regularly flush taps and maintain records for legionella monitoring

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 7.5 per week

Salary:
£10.42 per hour
