Service Express UK is excited to announce a new opportunity for a skilled IBM Hardware Seller with a proven track record in sales. The main goal for the IBM Hardware Seller role is to drive revenue by offering both new and refurbished IBM Hardware, along with related services, to existing and potential Service Express clients.



Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all IBM Hardware platforms, customer strategies, challenges, and Service Express solutions.
  • Consult with customers to provide effective IT Hardware infrastructure management solutions.
  • Follow a sales process based on the Service Express ASCEND Core methodology.
  • Act on sales leads from partner departments.
  • Collaborate with partner departments to ensure services meet customer expectations.
  • Cultivate relationships with customers and Service Engineers in assigned regions to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Participate in internal meetings and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure successful customer solutions.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in selling IT Hardware products and services, with knowledge of HP, Dell, Lenovo, or Cisco products preferred.
  • Experience in selling Third-Party Maintenance, Managed Services, and Cloud Services is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Assertive personality with a tenacious approach to customer relationships.
