At this role you will actively assist in the Migration of UK Payroll Clients in the UK from Star to Megapay.

We are offering a 6 month's fixed term contract. At this role you will be able to work in hybrid or remote model.
Assisting in the migration of Existing Payroll, with Head of Payroll, Payroll Manager and other internal stakeholders using a repeatable technology driven transfer of data process
Deliver according to the Timetable as agreed with Senior Megapay Project Leads
Assist in sending internal communications to Clients, Payroll teams
Assist with the build of payrolls, set up Client rules, Element set up, Pension set up etc, Utilising Megapay functionality to reduce manual calculations etc
Assist in the creation and delivery of Payroll Manuals for each clients, in an agreed format
Extract existing payroll data from Star
Data Cleansing
Parallel running payrolls as instructed
Ensure client Payroll checking reports are set up
Send templates to Clients that can be used to collect data from existing clients
Ensure outputs meet Client expectations including Pension files, GL formats
Assist with Workday mapping if applicable
4 + years Payroll experience
~ Proficiency in any payroll software (Experience with Megapay will be desirable but not a must)
~ Analytical structured mind set with ability to follow and build upon existing processes and ensure data is maintained with accuracy and consistency
~ Fluent in both written and spoken English
