  • Ensure accurate color matching by carefully measuring and weighing pigments, solvents, and other paint components.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of paint mixing software and systems to efficiently and accurately produce desired colors.
  • Collaborate closely with the paint technicians and other team members to meet production deadlines and ensure seamless workflow.
  • Conduct quality control checks on mixed paint to verify consistency, color accuracy, and viscosity, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Keep accurate records of paint mixing formulas, ensuring proper documentation and inventory control.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area, following all applicable regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Car Paint Mixer or in a similar role within an auto paint shop.
  • Indepth knowledge of automotive paint products, color mixing techniques, and paint mixing software/systems.
  • Strong understanding of color theory and the ability to achieve accurate color matching.
  • Proficiency in operating paint mixing equipment and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions and formulas.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Solid communication and teamwork abilities, with a customeroriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them.

Salary:
£10.42-£10.43 per hour
