We are seeking a skilled and versatile Mobile Maintenance Technician to join our team at Euro Car Parks Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our car parks and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various maintenance tasks, including painting, carpentry, and small brickwork projects.
  • Conduct grounds keeping and general odd jobs, such as weeding, filling potholes, and litter removal.
  • Document visit reports on a handheld device and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, customers, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety procedures.
  • A full driving license is required.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £25,000 per annum.
  • A 6-month fixed-term contract with opportunities for extension.
  • 28 days' holiday per annum, including Bank holidays (pro-rata).
  • A company vehicle, fuel card, and equipment supplied for work use only.
