Learning and Development Co-ordinator

Our client, a global Real Estate - Infrastructure organization located in the heart of London, is searching for a skilled Learning and Development Co-ordinator to join their team.
About the Position: If you have a passion for Learning and Development and excel in coordinating tasks, this role is perfect for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for all UK L&D inquiries
- Coordinate both internal and external training sessions and manage the UK training schedule
- Ensure exceptional experiences for all training participants
- Organize training programs and handle participant feedback
- Maintain precise data in L&D trackers and create detailed reports
- Manage the end-to-end invoicing process for L&D
- Promote L&D programs throughout the organization and update the company's intranet
- Contribute to various ad hoc projects
Key Skills:
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong focus on processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint, Excel (Vlookups, Pivot tables), and Microsoft Forms
