The role
An opportunity has arisen for a fixed-term Customer Services Administrator to join our friendly and vibrant

Customer Services team during our peak season.

The role is the first point of contact for our wide range of customers and holds responsibility for delivering the great service that Liberty Wines takes pride in.

The role will be responsible for Sales order processing and data entry, customer service and problem resolution and works collaboratively with all internal departments including Sales, Credit Control and the

Distribution Centre based in Basingstoke.

About you

  • Previous experience working in a similar customer service or order processing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and able to build good working relationships
  • Reliable, positive and proactive with the ability to prioritise and take ownership of issues
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy along with strong IT skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV, order procurement systems and Zendesk are a plus ability to learn new systems quickly is essential
  • Wine knowledge is a plus but not essential

What can you expect?
- £24,800 basic annual salary pro-rated

The contract is to commence from the start of September until the end of December and the role will be based in our head office in Clapham North, south-west London.

Hours of work are full or part-time with some flexibility available and occasional evening work required.
