  • Directing traffic and ensuring the safe and efficient flow of vehicles in designated areas
  • Guiding drivers to available parking spaces or loading/unloading zones
  • Assisting pedestrians in crossing the road safely
  • Communicating with drivers and pedestrians using hand signals, whistles, or twoway radios
  • Monitoring and enforcing parking regulations and restrictions
  • Reporting any incidents or violations to the appropriate authorities
  • Maintaining a visible presence and providing excellent customer service
