Emtec Energy are actively seeking a Project Administrator to join our fantastic Large Projects Team based at our Uddingston HQ.


This is an ideal opportunity to develop your skills and progress your career as part of a large renewable technologies installation company.


The Role


As a Project Administrator, you will provide critical support to the pre-construction and operations departments to ensure our projects are managed seamlessly from inception to completion.


  • Deliver highquality administrative support to the preconstruction and operations team.
  • Assist in resource coordination and ensuring clients are informed of project progress.
  • Assist the project team with work planning and liaising with subcontractors.
  • Ensure project files are kept up to date with latest drawings, standards and completed works documentation.
  • Raise Purchase orders and Subcontract orders using Navision software.

What you will need

  • Previous experience in a fastpaced administrative role
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
  • Strong organisational skills with a good eye for detail
  • Top notch time management skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Microsoft office package
