We are looking for an experienced Prime New Homes Sales Consultant (internally we refer to you as a Sales Advisor) with prime property sales experience to join us at Chimes, our exclusive open market development in the heart of Westminster.


About the Role


Designed by award winning architects, Chimes is a boutique collection of 39 one, two and three bedroom apartments with facilities to rival the best hotels including a gym, stretch studio, cinema screening room and rooftop terrace with iconic views of London.


As a Sales Advisor you will become an expert on every aspect of the development and build trusting relationships with our prospective owners, giving them a truly first-class experience.

Your role will be to take customers on the journey from their first enquiry, through reservation to exchange and completion and ultimately onto occupation at Chimes, Westminster.

Based on-site at our stunning development you will work within a small professional team to:

  • Achieve sales through confident and knowledgeable demonstration of our development, lifestyle and benefits of amenities on viewings
  • Negotiate and progress offers to an acceptable level
  • Maintain the database to a high standard
  • Network with and build close relationships with local and overseas agents
  • Monitor Chimes, Rightmove & company website listings to ensure information is correct and reflects the site well
  • Ensure the sales office and show apartments are kept to a high standard of presentation at all times
  • Site based, Tuesday to Saturday pm_

About you


Prime London property sales experience is essential; you will have worked for either a luxury developer or a high-end estate agency and you'll be able to demonstrate experience of dealing with high net worth individuals and international buyers and clients.

You'll be an excellent relationship builder, strong negotiator and possess great closing skills.

Our Chimes development is based in the heart of Westminster so ideally you'll have a great knowledge and understanding of the local market.
