We are currently hiring Sales Administrator for Cash & Carry SS Food Perth Ltd, renowned for its high-quality services and offerings and commitment to exceptional customer service.
We are actively seeking a sales administrator to play a key role in day to day operations and delivering outstanding customer service.
Position:
Sales Administrator
Salary:
£26,520 per annum
Working Hours: 40 hours per week
- Open to applicants from the UK or overseas (Skilled Worker visa sponsorship available).
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

Product Information & Pricing: Provide comprehensive information to customers about our wide range of products, including Asian spices, fruits and vegetables, soft drinks, and packaging materials, along with accurate pricing details.

Enquiry Management: Field telephone enquiries from prospective customers, offering detailed product information and support on behalf of the sales team.

Sales Documentation: Prepare sales invoices, process orders, and ensure all sales documentation is accurate and complete. Maintain organized records and accounts of sales activity.

Record Keeping: Keep meticulous records, ensuring all sales, customer, and product information is up-to-date and easily accessible for reference and reporting.

Customer Complaints: Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate sales team member when necessary.

Clerical Support: Perform general clerical duties to support the sales team, including but not limited to, filing, scheduling, and data entry.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration, preferably in a cash & carry or wholesale environment.
- Strong knowledge of the product range (Asian spices, fruits and vegetables, soft drinks, packaging, etc.) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with sales and inventory software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
