Our clients are a large waste management company with coverage throughout the United Kingdom.


They provide collection, landfill, recycling and special waste services to local authorities and industrial and commercial clients in the UK.

Due to increases in workloads they are currently seeking to employ Admin Assistants to work on thier site in Farnham, Surrey

The role

Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.

The Customer services/admin should have the following skills/experience:

  • Some Customer Service experience.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Excel.
  • KPI report generating and tracking experience.
  • Good telephone manner.
  • Ability to communicate in writing, on a one to one basis and via the phone.
  • Transport experience (not essential).

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£12.50 per hour
