Main Responsibilities
As an administrator, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensure an accessible responsible service
  • Support the administration of multidisciplinary meetings ensuring availability of appropriate patient records
  • Assist and support the team
  • Maintain database and audits
  • Utilise electronic systems
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Accurate and efficient IT and keyboard skills.
  • Effective interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with a wide variety of colleagues and service users, both verbally and in writing.
