Are you the one to lead our people and green skills teams in the UK?

We are not your traditional company when it comes to people management. We have an exceptional in-house onboarding team who handle training, recruitment, and people systems. Our focus is on providing great customer experiences and creating compelling reasons for people to join us.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Setting long-term talent attraction and skills strategy
  • Owning market analysis for a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Building a nationwide skills academy
  • Positioning Octopus as a leading skills provider in the UK
  • Managing a team for effective talent attraction and recruitment
  • Collaborating with different teams across the company

What you'll need:

  • Experience leading large, multi-functional teams
  • Experience in a hyper-growth, tech-enabled environment
  • Experience in managing real estate projects and operations teams
  • A track record of working in complex regulatory environments
  • A passion for driving impact
  • Comfort with technical issues and products
