The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is looking to recruit an Administrative Officer, Young Lives.

The Young Lives Administrative Officer will play a key role in providing administrative support across the Young Lives (YL) team.

The post-holder will report to the Young Lives Programme Manager, working closely across the YL team functions on key tasks set by members of the Senior Management Team as detailed below.

They must have the ability and enthusiasm to proactively manage and prioritise a varied and busy workload and work to deadlines.

It is expected that the postholder will provide general administrative support across the whole team.

This post is full-time (flexibility of 0.8 FTE depending on appointee's availability) and fixed-term up to 31 March 2025.
