The General Operative Role:
Due to continued growth into new sectors and expansion of their largest contracts, the company is undergoing a recruitment drive of General Operatives, assigned exclusively to Optima UK.
Initially this will be a temporary contract to support an increase in workload.
- The position will be an excellent opportunity to provide support in a busy workshop environment, ensuring deadlines are met and high quality of work is produced.
- You will be required to undertake finishing of for the pointofsale industry.
- Experience with hand grinding and fettling advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
- It is desirable to have an ability to work under pressure in fast pastpaced environment and have a good attention to details.
