About the role:

  • Support paid media channels across all products/brands, with day to day ad account maintenance and upkeep focussing on delivering core KPIs.
  • Hands on, account level management and optimisation across ad platforms e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, MSA.
  • Identify and share opportunities for optimisations/testing in the paid accounts e.g. ad copy, keyword, bid strategies, audience testing etc.
  • Support and deliver daily/weekly/monthly reporting for all key channel and product/brand performance KPI's. Leverage insight from platforms such as Google ads, PowerBi, Tableau.
  • Ensure all paid activity is compliant and adheres to FCA, ASA & GDPR guidelines.
  • Build and maintain internal relationships with key teams across the business such as Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance.
  • Facilitate effective relationships with key strategic 3rd party media suppliers e.g. Google, Microsoft, Meta.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of digital media spanning marketing technology, media industry development, platform updates, bidding strategies.

Key skills:

  • Analytical mindset, happy working with large data sets to solve problems and tell a story.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and MI and draw meaningful conclusions and translate these into action.
  • Team player who thrives on working towards joint goals and willing to jump in and help others.
  • Demonstrate a keen interest in digital paid media, with a focus on PPC.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, especially when employing individual processes and procedures.

Desirable skills / experience:

  • PPC trading experience and hold Google and Bing platform certifications.
  • Previous experience in a digital marketing/digital media environment (agency, advertiser or media owner).
  • Educated to degree level
